Same sex couples
At In-OVO Fertility Clinic, we offer a range of treatments to same-sex female couples. You can make a self referral, or you can ask your GP or Consultant to refer you for a consultation with one of our fertility specialists.Treatment Options with Donor Sperm are:• Intrauterine insemination (IUI)• In-vitro fertilisation (IVF)• Reciprocal IVF (Egg Donation IVF treatment)
Reciprocal IVF or Reciprocal Donation is an IVF treatment where one of the partners will carry the pregnancy using embryos made with the eggs of the other partner and donor sperm. One partner is considered the genetic mother, and the other is the birth mother. The genetic mother undergoes the first elements of an IVF cycle (undergoing ovarian stimulation and the egg collection procedure) and the birth mother undergoes the procedure of preparation for the embryo transfer.
